This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or entering into a service agreement with us.
Due to the nature of our services, including custom software development, consultation, and digital transformation solutions, refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances as outlined below. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns or issues promptly to ensure we can address them.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Project Cancellation by Client (Before Commencement):
If you wish to cancel your project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payments made, provided that the cancellation request is made within 7 business days of the initial payment.
Unsatisfactory Services:
If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality, we will work with you to address the issues. In cases where the issues cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed and delivered.
Non-Delivery of Service:
If Trumpets fails to deliver the services specified in the contract without a valid reason, you may be eligible for a refund of any payments made for the undelivered portion of the project.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be issued if you decide to terminate a project after the commencement of work or due to a change of mind.
Completed Projects:
Once the project has been completed and delivered, and the client has approved the final deliverables, no refunds will be issued.
Client Delays:
If a project is delayed or canceled due to the client’s failure to provide necessary inputs, information, or approvals, no refund will be provided for work already completed.
Third-Party Services:
Payments made to third-party vendors for services such as hosting, domain registration, or any other external services purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund, the process will be as follows:
Refund Request:
You must submit a formal refund request to info@trumpetstech.com detailing the reasons for the refund.
Evaluation:
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the circumstances, assess the work completed, and determine eligibility for a refund.
Resolution:
If eligible, we will either resolve the issue to your satisfaction or proceed with a partial or full refund based on the work completed.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of any disputes regarding refund claims, we encourage clients to first contact us to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may seek resolution through arbitration or legal channels, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
